Policies

We are happy you are joining us for dance.

We have a student Dress code.

Levels 1-6:

  • Black Leotard
  • Ballet Pink Tights
  • Pink Leather Ballet Shoes
  • Black Bloch Tap Shoes
  • Tan Jazz Shoes
  • Jazz shorts may be worn over leotard and tights for Jazz and Tap

Academy Classes:

  • Black Leotard
  • Ballet Pink Tights
  • Pink Canvas Ballet Shoes
  • Black Bloch Tap Shoes
  • Jazz shorts may be worn over leotard and tights for Jazz and Tap

Male Dancers:

  • Black Athletic Shorts or Pants
  • Plain White Tee-Shirt
  • Black Leather Ballet Shoes
  • Black Bloch Tap Shoes
  • Black Jazz Shoes

Preballet Girls:

  • Black or Pink Leotard
  • Ballet Pink Tights
  • Pink Leather Ballet Shoes
  • Black Bloch Tap Shoes
  • A skirt may be worn over leotard and tights.

Ballet Class Dress Code

Pink Ballet Shoes, with elastic sewn on and strings tied and cut.

Note: Shirts, skirts, jewelry etc. will not be allowed in ballet class

Jazz Class Dress Code

  • Tan jazz shoes or Foot Undeez
  • Black Jazz pants or Shorts
  • Note: baggy clothing will not be allowed

Tap Class Dress Code

Black low heel tap shoes. No rivet taps, as they scratch the floor
Note: baggy clothing will not be allowed

Store

We have a fully stocked store in our studio.

Our Office staff has years of experience in fitting shoes and helping dancers with their dance

Attendance

It is our goal to provide the best dance education possible for our students, and this is directly dependent upon regular attendance. Therefore, students who do not conform to this policy may not be included in performances and can be dropped to a lower level. Students need to arrive promptly to ensure a proper warmup, thus preventing injuries. A student who arrives late may be asked to observe. Parents should arrange to pick younger students up promptly for their safety.

General Dress Code

  • Black Leotard
  • Ballet Pink Tights
  • Hair securely in a bun
  • No Gum

Parking

When you drop off students, we ask that you please:

  • Drop students off on the sidewalk drop off area that’s close to the building
  • Pick Students up promptly
  • Do not have students cross 1300 East
  • DO NOT HONK for students. We are located in a residential area and want to be good neighbors
  • Do not park in front of our neighbors’ houses or disturb them in any way

Parking
