Pointe is offered beginning in Level 5 classes. These classes are for students who are serious about dedicating their time and energy to ballet. These classes focus on strengthening the body for pointe work helping with stability, for and ankle strength, finding center and balance. Students will be required to be physically and technically prepared to handle the challenges of pointe work. Students must attend 3 technique classes per week to be physically and technically prepared to handle the challenges of pointe work.
